What We Provide

• Postage pre-paid mailers, including sample container suitable for use in separating/shipping the urine samples.  Also includes postage pre-paid boxes suitable for transporting your sample.  Always free of charge, just call us for a supply.

• The Test Requisition Form Form which includes the growing selection of both individual urinary assays and configured panels of grouped tests.  Configured panels can be customized to suit the needs of your clinic.  Don’t forget to browse our salivary and serology test menus as well.

• Fast Turnaround Time to report results to your clinic.  Typically less than 4 working days from the date we receive your samples.

What You Provide

• ¼ to ½ filled specimen container.  Collect a midstream sample, and do not submit a first expression.  Use the transportation container provided with our prepaid mailer.

• Completed Test Requisition Form, found in the prepaid mailer we provide at no charge.
